When offer caps reached, how does the email notification work and the emails will be sent to whom?
Caps setting and Notification Settings involve two parts - Caps under offer details and Notification settings under Settings. Caps are divided into Network caps, Affiliate caps and Specific Affiliate caps.
1)Network Caps: you can set the total caps for offer across the network, based on conversion or budget of this offer, and Limit Interval”: limitation time of period by daily/weekly/monthly.
2)Affiliate Caps: you can set the caps for each affiliate who can run this offer based on conversion or budget, “Limit interval”: limitation time of period by daily, weekly or monthly for each affiliate. It is used for all affiliate who run this offer.
3) Specific Affiliate caps: you can set caps for some specific affiliates: limitation time of period by daily/weekly/monthly.
4) The Priority levels are as follows: Specific Affiliate caps > Affiliate caps. When caps reached threshold set by you (The default is 80% or 100%), it will send mail to corresponding Affiliates according to the Notification Settings. There are four kinds of notification as follows:
(1) Offer caps reached:When Offer Caps is reached, the checked Affiliates,Network Admin and Advertiser Manager will receive the email.
(2) Offer daily or weekly or monthly caps reached:When Offer Daily or Weekly or Monthly Caps is reached, the checked Affiliates will receive the email.
(3) Affiliate caps reached:When Affiliate Caps is reached, the checked Affiliates will receive the email.
(4) Affiliate daily or weekly or monthly caps reached: When Affiliate Daily or Weekly or Monthly Caps is reached, the checked Affiliates will receive the email.
(5) Specific Affiliate caps : Same with (3), (4).
